Our Services and all related content — including software, source code, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio files, and data compilations — are the property of Eymel LLC and are protected under United States copyright, trademark, and international intellectual property laws. By using our Services, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license. Copying, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works, or using this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for all content you submit, upload, or share through our Services ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that your User Content: • Complies with all applicable laws and regulations • Does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights • Does not contain defamatory, libelous, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material We reserve the right to use your User Content for the purposes of providing, operating, maintaining, and improving our Services.

If you have an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We strongly recommend using a strong, unique password and keeping your account information confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you notice unauthorized use or a security breach of your account, you must notify us immediately at hello@eymel.co.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. EYMEL LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any results obtained through the use of our Services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EYMEL LLC AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THESE LIMITATIONS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. Eymel LLC's total aggregate liability arising from all claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eymel LLC, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of any third party's rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming. The parties agree not to contest the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any defense of improper venue.
